If by chance you need to make a return, we will gladly accept any unworn and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of you receiving the items. To ensure a smooth experience, please familiarize yourself with our return policy:

Opened/Used Items:

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used items.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a product value refund.

Defective Items:

  • If a product is defective and broken, we will gladly replace it for you.
  • Defective items are eligible for replacement within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report defective/incorrect items. After 30 days, no replacements or refunds will be issued.

Unwanted Items:

  • Opened unwanted items cannot be returned.
  • Unopened, unwanted items can be returned for store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for undeliverable or returned packages.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vibrators And Dildos
  • Douche/Enema Kits
  • Anal Toys, Beads, And Plugs
  • Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
  • Gags And Ropes
  • Lingerie And Men's Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

How do I return my order?

After a Return Authorization is approved, eligible items can be shipped back to the address provided at the time of approval.

Return Instructions:

  1. Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape (original shipping materials may be used)
  2. Securely attach a return label to the box (please be sure to either cover, remove or mark through the original shipping label)
  3. Ship your package

I sent an item back without having an RMA approved, will a refund be issued?

Unapproved returns will not be processed due to health and safety concerns. Returns must be returned to our facility with a Return Authorization approved to be opened or processed. If an item/order is sent back without Return Authorization approval, we will reach out to inform you that the package has arrived at our facility and request that a prepaid return label be provided. We will not cover the shipping cost to have the item shipped back to you.

When should I see my refund?

Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. Please save your tracking information. Please note that the exact time frame will be dependent on your bank.
